Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.
• Maintain customer credit records with high accuracy.
• Monitor the call center and billing operations daily.
• Process and update various reports using Excel and Word.
• Handle general office duties as required.
• Manage new owner information, including system setup and new owner packages.
• Apply fees as per resort-managed property requests.
• Carry out daily reconciliation of the lockbox for all cash received and complete monthly roster reconciliation.
• Process daily online payments in a timely manner.
• Handle check processing and deposit.
• Execute various payment adjustments as necessary. • Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, but would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required
• Experience with Check Deposit procedures is highly desired
• Familiarity with Lock Box operations is a plus
• Proficient in Payment Processing
• Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are key attributes for this role.
