Kelley Kronenberg’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Division is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team.In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage key relationships, and help drive operational excellence across this cutting-edge practice area.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring all communications are professional, timely, and confidential.
- Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and team members.
- Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to established procedures.
- Maintain, document, and disseminate client-specific processes and procedures to ensure consistency across the division.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement best practices for client service and internal efficiency.
- Suggest and implement service-level improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Lead efforts to onboard new staff, ensuring their successful integration into the team.
- Identify and escalate support needs to appropriate leadership for resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years as a Legal Assistant, ideally in cybersecurity, data privacy, or related practice areas.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a client-focused environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with legal technology tools and systems; experience in managing confidential data and documents is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive, client-centric approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client matters with discretion.
- Team Leadership: Comfortable onboarding new staff, coordinating with team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
