We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity within a dynamic call center environment. The selected individual will be responsible for customer service duties, membership renewals, and addressing inquiries from veterans.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, potentially up to 150 per day during peak times.
  • Skillfully manage membership renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document conversations and perform data entry tasks.
  • Use basic office skills along with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for daily tasks.
  • Strictly comply with the no cell phone use policy during working hours.
  • Uphold punctuality and attendance to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a business casual dress code as part of detail oriented conduct.
  • Keep customer credit records with high accuracy.
  • Process customer credit applications with due diligence. • Proven experience in Customer Service is required.
  • Must possess basic office skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Experience in Data Entry is a must.
  • Ability to perform Data Entry with numeric values is crucial.
  • Prior experience in a Call Center is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a higher degree would be a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
