Job Description
  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders about project updates.
  • Prepare and present project reports to upper management.
  • Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
  • Manage project budget and resources effectively.

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the property construction industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
