Responsibilities

Client job description

• Coordinate daily shipments
• Advanced Computer Skills, preferably with SAP inventory control computer systems software
• Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments
• Track and trace all shipments
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly reports
• Confirm information with carriers
• Responsible for cost containment of shipment and Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads, select most cost effective method of delivery
• Other responsibilities include Carrier Management, including matrix reporting, verifying accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, shipping statements, and the achievement of key performance indicators
• Daily Communication with the customer

• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

• Microsoft Excel (3 years of experience is required)
• Transaction Readiness and Support
• logistics (2 years of experience is required)
• Tracking orders (3 years of experience is required)
