Full-time Physical Therapist Needed
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. If you're passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy, we want you on our dynamic team. Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
9 - 5 pm or 8 am - 4 pm

Responsibilities:
- Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
- Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
- Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New York state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
