Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst I is responsible for managing assigned projects under the guidance of the manager while supporting department initiatives and goals. This role involves financial reconciliation, pricing development, charge master analysis, and managed care contract interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile "PreBundle" data with payors.
- Develop pricing structures for "Bundles" with payors.
- Perform "Post Bundle" period-end reconciliation with payors to ensure accurate spend tracking.
- Participate in CDM (Charge Description Master) synchronization across the network.
- Assist in Charge Master development and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends and targets on a monthly basis.
- Interpret and model managed care contracts as assigned.
- Manage assigned projects efficiently and support team initiatives.
- Provide assistance to other team members on various financial projects.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and organizational standards.
- Perform additional financial and analytical duties as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in managed care contracts or a related financial field.✅ Strong understanding of managed care contract terminology (e.g., CPT codes).
✅ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
✅ Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
✅ Prior experience with EPIC (preferred).
Required Education:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
