Our Boston, MA office is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for electrical engineering services provided by the company. Services include:
- Lighting design
- Low and medium voltage power and distribution design
- Fire alarm design
- Communication systems design
- Low voltage controls/systems design
- Contract administration
Job Requirements:
- BSEE, E.I.T./P.E. Preferred
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with NEC, IESNA
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities:
The position requires an individual capable of independent work and site investigation under the direction and supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer. The individual holding this position is responsible for the application of applicable electrical codes, statutes, calculations and/or standards of design required for the successful completion of a project.The electrical design services require a familiarity with the National Electrical Code as well as the IESNA lighting and application handbooks.
