• Define the company's long-term strategic vision and ensure its successful implementation.
• Ensure operational efficiency, with particular focus on service quality and safety.
• Oversee key business functions, including human resources, administration, and sales.
• Monitor and improve business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and business partners, ensuring the consolidation and expansion of the client portfolio.
• Plan and supervise the company budget, monitoring cash flows and financial performance.
• Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement, with particular attention to maintenance and aerospace safety processes.
• Lead and motivate a high-level team, fostering a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented work environment.

• A degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master's or MBA is considered a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles in the aerospace sector or related industries
• Strong results orientation and ability to manage change.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a pragmatic and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a solid strategic vision.
• Fluency in English, and ideally proficiency in additional languages.
