Responsibilities:

Pediatric experience preferred

Hospital experience required

Assists Nursing Service personnel in the performance of a variety of duties directly and indirectly related to patient care delivery always under the direction and supervision of the professional nurse. Functions according to the policies and procedures of the Department of Nursing.

Reports the results of all treatments and procedures to the nurse.

Education Requirements
  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • High School Diploma
  • OR - GED - OR
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
Experience
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Hospital experience required
Certification and Licensure
  • BLS Certification
  • PA Certified Nursing assistant license
