Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal counsel to clients directly
- Utilize your exceptional writing and analytic skills to analyze complex legal issues
- Develop creative solutions to address these complex legal issues
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
- Draft and negotiate contracts as part of transactional law responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a book of business to contribute to our firm's growth
- Work on bylaws and HOA matters as part of your responsibilities

- Proven experience as an Attorney or Lawyer in a detail-oriented setting
- Proficient understanding and application of bylaws
- Demonstrated experience with HOA related matters
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in transactional law
- Ability to draft, review, and advise on various types of contracts
- Strong negotiation skills pertaining to contract agreements
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and court appearances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of ethics and integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
