Attorney/Lawyer

We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Walnut Creek, California. In this role, you will be working in our corporate real estate practice, providing expert legal counsel to our clients. You will also get the opportunity to develop and maintain your own book of business in our dynamic and growing firm.

• Provide expert legal counsel to clients directly
• Utilize your exceptional writing and analytic skills to analyze complex legal issues
• Develop creative solutions to address these complex legal issues
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
• Draft and negotiate contracts as part of transactional law responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a book of business to contribute to our firm's growth
• Work on bylaws and HOA matters as part of your responsibilities
• Thrive in our fast-paced work environment, staying organized and efficient. • Possession of a valid license to practice law in the respective state
• Proven experience as an Attorney or Lawyer in a detail-oriented setting
• Proficient understanding and application of bylaws
• Demonstrated experience with HOA related matters
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in transactional law
• Ability to draft, review, and advise on various types of contracts
• Strong negotiation skills pertaining to contract agreements
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and court appearances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High degree of ethics and integrity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
