Digital Designer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Designer in Tampa, Florida. This role involves a variety of digital design tasks in a diverse range of industries. You will be part of a dynamic team where you will be designing and creating Display Ads, Social Assets, GIF animations, Email assets, and Web Graphics.

• Design and create digital assets such as Display Ads, Social Assets, GIF animations, Email assets, and Web Graphics.
• Utilize strong Photoshop image editing skills to enhance and modify digital images.
• Source images from online stock and in-house image libraries that adhere to strict brand standards.
• Work comfortably with templated designs as well as custom creative work when required.
• Execute design projects that cater to different demographics.
• Maintain a strong design approach using various combinations of text and imagery for different layout challenges.
• Adhere to strict brand guidelines while designing.
• Showcase your design skills through an online portfolio of Digital work.
• Apply design experience in both print and digital mediums.
• Create digital graphics including Email assets, Display Ads, Social Assets, GIF animations, and Web Graphics. • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Designer role or a similar creative field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Demonstrated experience in creating advertisements, artwork, banner ads, brand awareness campaigns, and brochures
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with overall objectives
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, design, or a related field is preferred
• Portfolio of completed design projects is required
