Physician HR Recruiter

We are offering a remote contract employment opportunity for a Physician Recruiter in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will primarily focus on high volume recruiting for our hospitals and social assistance centers and will be able to work remotely.

Responsibilities include:

• Focusing on full-cycle recruiting and sourcing passive candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.com.
• Handling full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
• Managing a large volume of requisitions simultaneously for positions such as Health Providers.
• Utilizing the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to manage the recruitment process.
• Building and managing a talent pipeline to ensure a constant stream of candidates.
• Leveraging experience in Corporate Recruiting and Talent Acquisition to attract top talent.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
• Proficient in Full Cycle-Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline, and Talent Sourcing strategies
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, specifically within the medical field
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with potential candidates
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must be able to work hours to support facilities on EST and CST time zones.
• Must be available to interview and start within 1 week post background and drug screening clearance
