work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Pull Trade Jackets.
- Reassign all new cars and pre-owned Titles.
- Gather all documents from Digital Deal Jacket needed to go with the Titles that need extra
- Make copies of all titles that are being sent to the Auction.
- Prepare a List of all Titles along with Tracking Number being sent to the Auction.
- Prepare UPS package for Titles.
- Call Bank on all Wholesale Jackets without titles with notes documented in the Note section
of Wholesale Schedule. Follow up weekly if necessary.
