PROCESS ENGINEER - DRILL, ROUTE and LAMINATION
Ultimately, your job is to maintain the efficiency of production in order to reduce costs.
To ensure success as a process engineer you should have extensive experience in process design, excellent technical skills, and high-level analytical skills. A top-class process engineer can analyze a process system and implement simple yet effective changes to boost production.
- This is a responsible salary position requiring a “Whatever it Takes” mentality.
- This position may require working weekends on occasion to perform evaluations, verify PM aspects and support the department Supervisor’s on process or equipment concerns.
- Expect an absolute minimum 45 hours per workweek (more typical would be 50-55 hrs per week)

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engineering considerations in the Drill, Route and Lamination areas. This includes process recommendation and modification. It will likely involve engineering considerations in other departments as well.
- Assisting the area Supervisors in process procedures and training of employees.
- Leading the quality improvement initiatives within the above stated departments.
- Working with Supervisors to correct quality related issues.
- Leading productivity, cost, safety and waste minimization enhancements within the areas.
- Conducting process / operator audits within the above stated departments.
- Working and communicating with Vendors on issues and product considerations
- Communicating and working with Maintenance, Production employees and the Lab / WWT on a routine basis.
- Supporting Manufacturing in whatever means necessary.
- Learn to operate the equipment in the associated departments.
- Other responsibilities as required by the VP of Operations

- LAMINATION (3 years of experience is preferred)
