About the job
The Risk, Fraud, and Compliance technical enablement team is looking for a Solutions Enablement Advisor with domain and technical experience in configuring and delivering SAS solutions who enjoys planning and problem solving in pursuit of delivering a better sales and delivery experience for SAS Customers.This person needs to be self-motivated and excited to engage with the larger SAS community to create trainings and tools and drive the adoption of best practices which improve the speed and consistency with which SAS global teams and Partners implement SAS Risk, Fraud, and Compliance Solutions for customers.
As a Solutions Enablement Advisor, you will:
- Be responsible for driving the technical readiness of a risk, fraud, or compliance solution to help drive sales and delivery.
- Create technical training content for a solution targeted at multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish yourself as a global expert in configuration and delivery of solutions in Risk, Fraud, and Compliance.
- Identify and address gaps in enablement and best practices.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with development, product, and field teams to better understand how to use specified products and solutions to address customer needs.
- Advise SAS consultants, partners and customers as needed during the sales and delivery cycle.
- Identify and advocate for content and processes that improve the time to value for sales and delivery teams.
- Work independently and as part of a broader team addressing enablement needs for all Risk, Fraud and Compliance solutions
- Travel as business requirements dictate (Up to 25%)
Work Location: Cary, NC Headquarters or US Remote
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative field, or commensurate experience
- 5+ years relevant experience with SAS products and solutions
- Detailed understanding of at least one Risk, Fraud or Compliance use-case
- Must have advanced knowledge of SAS technology, architecture and resources.
- Clear understanding of sales strategies and cycles
- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Excellent written and oral communication, problem solving and time management skills
- Experience implementing software projects in large enterprises
- Experiece with specific Risk, Fraud or Compliance solutions
- Experience using Python, Java, Bash, or another language
- Experience with Kubernetes, microservice architectures, Rest APIs and cloud-native software design
