- known company in Concord, NH that is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join their team.

- $21/hr to $23/hr Hours
- Monday - Friday, 8:30AM
- 5:00PM

Responsibilities
Responds to questions and concerns received over the phone
Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries
Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve inquiries from customers
Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues
Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber’s coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues
Trains and coaches new representatives
Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries
Rotates as backup for Reception area
Provides contact, information, or resolution to customer inquiries within 24 hours of call
Promotes exceptional service to all customers and supports the Company’s commitment to the Guarantee Of Service
Maintains technical knowledge by attending company sponsored and external training and education programs and workshops; participates in meetings and seminars as appropriate
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills
Associates Degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred, plus at least two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
Experience in a dental office as a manager, dental hygienist, or dental assistant a plus but not necessary
