Digital Yalo is hiring a talented Digital Project Manager who is looking to move from a Junior PM to the next level in their career. This role is key in driving project success through exceptional organization, leadership, and communication.
The Digital Project Manager will collaborate closely with team members and clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and will require strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively work to move the Digital and Development team members toward project completion of project deliverables for our clients
- Support the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time
- Oversee project management systems:
- Monitor incoming project and task requests with account team
- Collaborating with the team leads to prioritize/sequence and assign projects and tasks
- Create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, identifying opportunities to move projects to lower-cost resources, as well as client approvals
- Manage team communications through Asana, Slack, and email
- Provide weekly Asana status reports
- Oversee artifacts and assets:
- Draft requirements and project plans
- Build Asana Timelines for EP and Project Team Review
- Monitor Budgets in Harvest
- Guide asset collection as needed ensuring all assets are stored and distributed properly
- Maintain Server organization in Dropbox and Google Drive
- Provide Monthly Client Account Reviews
- Ensure timelines are met:
- Think critically: Balance multiple asks
- Articulate trade-offs for competing priorities
- Identify and escalate issues or risks
- Set and vigilantly manage project expectations:
- Manage all internal meetings and touch bases for project teams to be client-ready and on timeline through project management systems and communication
- Understand and enforce roles, responsibilities, and contributions of cross-functional team members of all levels
- Collaborate with peers to consolidate work streams and drive efficiency
- Track workflow to ensure deadlines are being met, dependencies are established, and risks are mitigated
- Facilitate project meetings:
- Develop agendas
- Consolidate feedback
- Assign follow-up tasks, etc.
- Manage the scope of work according to SOW
- Accountability for communicating internal plans/methodology
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication across the project team (and leadership when needed), including weekly team meetings and other ad-hoc meetings/discussions as needed to advance the work
- Ensure on-time, accurate program execution
- Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Produce timely and accurate project reports for internal reference
- Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes
- Digital support in content administration within digital accounts for website updates

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years experience, ideally in an advertising/marketing agency environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative to drive solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
