Patient Access Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced individual to join our team as a Patient Access Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated detail oriented who has a keen sense of commitment to improving patient experiences and outcomes.
The Patient Access Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Admission and Registration department, ensuring the delivery of high quality and efficient service to all patients. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Patient Access department.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient experience and streamline processes. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and admission. Produce and manage department budget; review financial status regularly and initiate cost reduction strategies.
Resolve issues related to patient access and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure staff adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and standards. Analyze performance indicators and develop strategies for improvement. Offer training and supervision to patient access staff.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in patient access or registration in a hospital-based environment; previous supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership, managerial, and organization skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to patients, physicians, and hospital staff.
