Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a supportive team on complex and commercial litigation cases.
• Manage litigation files from start to finish, including trial.
• Work on cases involving cybersecurity, privacy, conspiracy, and price-fixing in various state and federal courts across the U.S.
• Draft and respond to written discovery demands and motions.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, including both taking and defending witness depositions.
• Draft comprehensive dispositive motions.
• Provide detailed case analysis and reports to clients, maintaining direct client communication.
• Attend court proceedings, including procedural and dispositive motions, as well as trials.
• Minimal travel required.

Hybrid Work Schedule:

• Minimum 3 days in-office per week
• 2 days remote per week
