• Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any issues.
• Track project progress and handle project scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
• Support project bidding process and collaborate with the team to secure new work.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or superintendent role. However, we are open to considering candidates with less experience (e.g., Assistant Project Managers) who are ready to step up.
• Familiarity with smaller project scopes ($5M or less) is a must, as this is the bulk of our work. Experience with larger projects ($30M+) may not be the right fit due to the scale of our typical projects.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects (no multifamily or residential projects).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Local to the Providence, RI area is preferred due to the project locations being within an hour's drive.
