Overview:
At Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Stockton and surrounding areas. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Two years relevant experience required.
- Three years’ experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates leadership skills with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Responsibilities:
Has principle managerial responsibility for the staffing and administration of assigned nursing unit and all nursing personnel providing patient care on that unit. Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients, managing and directing nursing personnel on the unit to ensure high-quality care.Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
Posted Total Compensation :The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Minimum Salary: USD $100,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary: USD $150,000.00/Yr.
