Responsibilities:

**This is a remote position but candidates are expected to report into our Rosemont, IL HQ during onboarding (3 Months) and would require 25% domestic travel**

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Corporate Accounting Manager manages monthly close, P&L reviews, and integration and acquisition project work as well as preparation of financial statements.
  • This role leads change management process for staff and seniors on the finance team and significant business-facing matters including reporting and driving of key performance metrics.
  • As the Accounting Manager, partnering with the distribution centers to ensure effective internal controls while managing the external audit process is a necessary duty in this role.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunities and risk and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions.
  • Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma and 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
