As a Staff Account Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial documents with accounting standards
Assisting in the preparation and review of financial documents
Reconciling accounts as part of the accounting process
Analyzing financial statements for accuracy and clarity
Providing necessary documentation in response to audit requests
Utilizing skills in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Month End Close
Operating accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

The Ideal Staff Accountant will meet the following Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a staff accountant role or a similar position
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing and management
Deep understanding of the General Ledger and its functions
Experience in recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering Journal Entries
Capability to handle Month End Close activities efficiently
Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks
Knowledge and experience in using Oracle for financial management
Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Experience in using SAP for financial and accounting processes
