Oracle HCM Soultions Architect - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our Production Support team. This role demands a seasoned expert in Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on Absence Management and Benefits. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise and leadership, ensuring the effective utilization and integration of Oracle Cloud HCM into our business processes.

• Evaluate Oracle Cloud HCM quarterly updates and prepare and execute necessary testing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HCM configurations tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Develop functional and technical designs based on business needs.
• Offer guidance and support to development teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Facilitate smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Absence Management and Benefits Administration.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and Absence functionalities is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
