Client has 35+ years experience in site development, build outs, and ground-up construction. Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong mixed commercial construction project portfolio in the Southeast area.
Job Description- Oversee multiple project sites, ensuring consistency and quality across operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for seamless communication
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all sites
- Monitor overall project progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Manage and mentor subordinate superintendents and site teams
- Facilitate conflict resolution among various project stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety practices
- Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
- Implement cost control measures to maintain project budgets
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity

The Successful Applicant- 8+ years of experience working in the construction industry as superintendent
- Experience with ground-up based subcontractors
- Experience with mixed commercial construction building projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
- Base Salary $150,000 - $160,000 + Benefits
