We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team based in Harrisonburg, Virginia. As part of their team, you will be providing crucial administrative support within a real estate office. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, and will involve tasks such as contract writing, managing communication with buyers and sellers, and assisting with business development and social media tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation and writing of real estate contracts
  • Handling communication with buyers and sellers in a detail oriented and efficient manner
  • Contributing to business development efforts within the office
  • Managing and maintaining social media channels related to the business
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support within the office
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments as required
  • Responding to email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Real Estate in daily tasks.
  • The Administrative Assistant role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls is a significant requirement for this role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Must possess strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to handle email correspondence effectively is a must.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a must for managing communication.
  • Ability to create and manage presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
  • Must be able to schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate is a plus.
