Forklift Operator
Adecco is assisting Sanofi in hiring for an experienced forklift operator for their Swiftwater, PA location.

Pay Rate: $22.76 per hour
Job Summary:
Sanofi is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Swiftwater, PA. This 2nd shift role is responsible for handling raw materials, finished goods distribution, and coordinating material movement between the warehouse and production areas.The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift operation, GMP knowledge, SAP, scanners, and order picking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (motorized and non-motorized).
- Pick and prepare sales, ITR, and DRP orders according to specific SOPs.
- Physically receive, inspect, and log materials, supplies, and equipment from departments, small parcel carriers, and couriers.
- Perform cycle counts by generating count lists and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Store, transfer, and distribute materials while adhering to material requirements.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
- Work in temperature-controlled rooms as needed.
- Lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) safely.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3-6 years of forklift operation experience.
- Strong understanding of GMP, SAP systems, and warehouse scanners.
- Experience in order picking and material handling.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Updated and detailed resume reflecting experience and skillset is required for this role.
Pay Details: $22.76 per hour
