Responsibilities- Manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, e-commerce, and retail order processing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP systems like NetSuite, WMS, and Shopify.
- Implement safety programs and oversee forklift training and certifications.
- Optimize logistics, scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, and managing costs.
- Track KPIs related to service levels, safety, inventory, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes.
