Marketing Specialist - Pursuits
What You'll Do:
- Maintain consistent interaction with non-marketing staff throughout company as directed to effectively support and implement marketing strategy
- Collaborate within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other marketing departments on special projects
- Promote branding best practices
- Assist manager and senior department members with tracking trends and monitoring marketing metrics
- Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and/or professional organizations
- Maintain, create, and organize marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related material)
- Support the production and schedule of qualification submittals
- Assist with writing, coordinating, designing, and developing presentations for prime and teaming opportunities
- Establish local information networks to report and monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues
- Assist with identifying and tracking strategic pursuits
- Assist with maintaining and updating databases
- Perform additional administrative tasks and/or special projects, as needed
What We're Looking For:
- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required
- 2 years of sales or marketing experience required, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred, related internship employment will count toward experience
