Document Production Specialist II

You will also be responsible for releasing final documents to business partners and vendors, and maintaining regular communication on production statuses and issues.

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit health insurance client and member-facing documents
• Ensure documents are compliant with current business, state, and federal requirements
• Release final documents to business partners and vendors for claims configuration
• Regularly document and report production status to leadership
• Analyze information to ensure benefits are accurately reflected in the benefit database and member contracts, notices, and documents
• Create contract templates in vendor systems
• Write and update job aids and standard operating procedures for leadership review
• Contribute to process improvements, workflows, and document enhancements
• Work independently or with a Lead to resolve production issues
• Ensure thorough and effective communication on production statuses and issues. • Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting
• Experience in Marketing and Materials Handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Ability to Review and Audit documents effectively
• Knowledge in Database and Contract management
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions and Claim Administration
• Strong Leadership Skills with a focus on Production
• Experience dealing with Vendors
• Proficiency in the English Language
• Experience in Scanning Documents
• Knowledge of Process Improvement techniques
• Understanding of Configuration Management
• Familiarity with Compliance Functions
• Experience in Business Analysis
• Proficient in Proofreading and Editing documents
• Proficiency in the use of the software "Go"
