Butler Manager

We are looking for a professional, experienced butler manager to perform butler magic services and provide our guests with a safe environment for an exceptional stay with us.
This position is located at Aman New York, New York City, USA with an annual compensation rate of $82,000.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor or reviews calls or other correspondence between guest relations and guests
- Collect data and prepares reports on guest complaints and inquiries
- Care for guests in any needs they may possibly have
- Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions
- Identify opportunities to update or improve guest service procedures and makes recommendations to the Front office manager or other appropriate staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A High school diploma
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in hotel guest service management
- At least 2+ years’ experience in hospitality or guest services
- Excellent communication skills
