We are looking for a professional, experienced butler manager to perform butler magic services and provide our guests with a safe environment for an exceptional stay with us.

This position is located at Aman New York, New York City, USA with an annual compensation rate of $82,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor or reviews calls or other correspondence between guest relations and guests
  • Collect data and prepares reports on guest complaints and inquiries
  • Care for guests in any needs they may possibly have
  • Prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions
  • Identify opportunities to update or improve guest service procedures and makes recommendations to the Front office manager or other appropriate staff
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A High school diploma
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in hotel guest service management
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in hospitality or guest services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to guest service
