Administrative Assistant- Remote
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in San Francisco, CA recruiting for an Admin Assistant. This position is a 2 to 3 week project. With a pay of $25 to $30 an hour. For instant consideration for this position. APPLY NOW!
CAN BE REMOTE. MUST have laptop with access to Google Docs and Zoom.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the office
- Administrative support for Sr. Management, as needed
- Greet visitors, answer phones, manage shipments
- Liaison with AP to maintain purchasing information and balances
- Provide support in the hiring process
- New employee on boarding and set up
Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office platform
- 2 years-experience in Office Management
- Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and focused on follow through
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
