Maintenance Mechanic
3rd Shift - 11:30PM - 8:00AM
salary: $60,000 - $66,000 per yearshift: Third

Responsibilities- Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee general building repair and maintenance.
- Maintain and repair production machinery in compliance with strict industry standards.
- Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.
- Provide maintenance for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.
- Modify and install new equipment and implement engineering upgrades.
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.
- Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
- Perform weekly bag house clean and change, along with monthly Preventive Maintenance checks.
