Do you have previous recruiting or HR experience? Do you have a proven track record of sourcing top talent? Do you enjoy building relationships with the community? We are actively recruiting for a recruiter for one of our confidential clients in the Cleveland area.

This position will work to create and implement recruiting strategies. If you have previous experience recrutiing for manufacturing, warehouse or corporate positions, you are encouraged to apply!

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Full cycle recruiting - job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Creating recruiting strategies to help attract top candidates and to keep a pipeline of candidates
Creating commumity outreach plans to increase company brand exposure
Attending and conducting hiring events
Proven track record of succesfully recruiting for manufacturing/warehouse positions as well as coporate positions
