They have a strong growth plan in place to achieve $150M in annual revenue and are looking to grow their team as a result. They are seeking a strong Assistant Project Manager to join their team and serve sectors across mutlifamily, historic renovations, and many more!

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Top Mid-Atlantic GC - Mt. Airy, MD will be responsible for:

coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
maintaining accurate project documentation
monitoring project progress
staying up to date on healthcare regulations and codes ensuring the project stays compliant
attending project meetings
completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Top Mid-Atlantic GC - Mt. Airy, MD will have:

1+ years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
commercial construction experience required
experience assisting on projects up to $10M
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
strong attention to detail
