We are looking for a skilled and professional Bilingual English/Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail-oriented and can handle administrative tasks with high accuracy in both English and Spanish languages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Translation: Interpret documents and communication from English to Spanish and vice versa.
  2. Communication: Respond to inquiries from staff and clients in English and Spanish, in both verbal and written formats.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, manage office supplies, and maintain office records in both languages.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison for the company with Spanish speaking clients or partners.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and distribute communications such as memos, invoices, reports, and other correspondence in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This includes the ability to translate materials from English into Spanish and vice versa.
  2. At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  3. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new technologies.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Spanish.
