Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team.

Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.

Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility for all team members.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute various projects.

Managing correspondence, including answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally

Requirements

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

E-Automate experience preferred.
