Job Description
My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in large scale Education projects $50M+.- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred)
- Extensive experience in large scale education projects
- Proven track record as a Project Manager
- Field experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Blue beam.
- Assertive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
