Software Developer

This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Create and manage serverless functions with AWS Lambda, integrating them with other AWS services as necessary.
• Develop and implement custom Alexa skills, leveraging AWS Lambda for skill back-end services.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of software quality.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing effective solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in PHP, Laravel, serverless architecture, and voice technology to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Utilize skills such as Bitbucket, AWS Lambda, and Laravel for efficient and effective software development.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Bitbucket for version control and code collaboration.
• Experienced in using AWS Lambda for serverless computing.
• Familiar with Laravel, a PHP framework for web application development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Able to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
