A Material Coordinator is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Dubuque, IA area.
The Material Coordinator ensures timely procurement, inventory accuracy, and material availability for production by collaborating with teams, resolving shortages, and managing supply chain processes.

salary: $18.91 - 20.98 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement, expediting, production, and delivery of materials for production departments.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve material availability gaps.
- Support production operators in finding and resolving material shortages.
- Audit materials and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Resolve inventory errors and expedite parts to prevent production delays.
- Monitor and work on critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
- Implement outputs from engineering release and change management processes.
- Manage deviations and make necessary adjustments.
Skills:
- Experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing.
- strong communication, relationship management, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering or
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience.
