Company is seeking an experienced Access Control/CCTV/ Low Voltage Equipment/ Wiring Technician with a take charge attitude to help service the metropolitan area.

As a Low Voltage Technician specializing in Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems, you will be essential in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems. Reporting to the Lead Technician, your role requires proficiency in electrical wiring and low voltage applications, alongside strong communication and customer service skills.Your core expertise in CCTV and fire alarm systems, combined with premium skills in computer networking and system design, will ensure the delivery of high-quality service. Qualified individuals must have the ability to: Install Access Control Systems from Design to Implementation. Diagnose and repair various CCTV and Access Control Systems; install, repair, and maintain security systems; perform regular maintenance to prevent break downs; manufacture parts or tools as needed; diagnose problems with computerized systems and determine if you can fix problem (if so, perform repair)
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform cabling and electrical wiring tasks.
Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a valid driver's license for field service duties.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control Wiring experience.
- Clean NY Drivers License.
