Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support our company's recruiting process. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment strategy, from planning to execution, to meet our organization's scaling needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.
2. Oversee recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing to hiring.
3. Identify key staffing needs and provide strategic recommendations.
4. Manage recruitment channels and build candidate sources.
5. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process,
6. Maintain recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire,
7. Update current recruiting procedures or create new procedures.
8. Create and update job descriptions as needed.
9. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role.
10. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
11. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
13. A degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Canaan, CT. The usual working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
