Accountant - Sr.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in the manufacturing/aerospace industry. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions to the general ledger in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze and track manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, and provide variance analysis to management to enhance cost control measures.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring all financial records are complete and accurate, with a focus on timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, CAS, and other relevant regulations; assist with internal and external audits as needed.
