Role Summary:

Anthropologie is hiring a digital marketing professional to develop and execute the Paid Social marketing activation strategy for Anthropologie Group brands, Anthropologie and BHLDN. This role is highly cross-functional where teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.

We are looking for a Paid Social media coordinator who knows how to execute within paid social channels and can help us to explore how to grow our paid social presence while connecting our mission and our unique product assortment customers.

You will collaborate closely with our other paid digital channels, creative and merchandising leads as well as ad tech stakeholders to align the channel and business growth goals.

In this role collaboration and clear communications are key. It is critical that you are curious, a self-starter, and a willing teammate who takes pride in ownership of this important program. The ideal candidate has serious analytical chops and strong work ethic with a drive to provide growth for the business.

It's important to possess an eagerness to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to implement improved strategy for Anthropologie Group campaigns across Paid Social media.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work under the Manager Paid Social and cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to incorporate the business vision into paid social programs
  • Execute full-cycle programs of direct response paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and other emerging social channels
  • Take direction from marketing & creative briefs into execution & mid-campaign optimizations to hindsight reporting & analysis
  • Help to define and provide creative specification best practices and needs
  • Monitor and optimize Dynamic Product Ad campaigns & strategy to drive profitable demand and support business priorities.
  • Provide campaign analysis to help generate data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive profitable demand, customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Implement advanced automation and optimization solutions to drive efficiencies of scale
  • Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willingness to support opportunities to drive the business
  • The position demands strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximize resonance with target audiences
  • Embody fail fast mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings across platforms, creative formats, messaging and audiences

Role Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in paid social performance marketing
  • Familiarity with paid social (FB/IG/Pinterest/TikTok) platforms and at least one of the following tools: Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Business, and TikTok for Business
  • Agency and/or consulting experience
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems
  • Experience drawing conclusions from campaign results and crafting presentations to exhibit performance trends
  • Experience analyzing channel results and laddering channel insights up to business goals
  • High degree of project management skill and strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with web analytics
