We are seeking a quality CMA with 2+ years of experience in patient care for growing Spokane specialty office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Collect information from patient callers to assess their condition
- Make recommendations for further care
- Provide education and counseling to patients over the phone
- Consult with physicians about patient care needs
- Work with schedulers for future appointments or referrals for patients
- Work with medical records technology to ensure data is up to date on patients
