In this role, you will primarily focus on administrative tasks such as data entry, auditing, and managing contract claims. • Perform detailed data entry and update database with relevant information pertaining to contract claims
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to resolve any claim issues or discrepancies
• Conduct auditing tasks to validate the accuracy of claim entries and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Evaluate and process contract claims accurately and within specified timelines
• Continuously improve knowledge of different types of contract claims and stay updated on modifications in related regulations
• Apply a high level of attention to detail in reviewing contracts and identifying any errors or discrepancies
• Participate actively in team meetings and share insights and solutions to streamline the claim process
• Be open to asking queries to gain clarity and avoid mistakes in the claim process
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
