We are seeking a Controller to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry, located in Enfield, New Hampshire, United States. This role involves a blend of finance and human resources administration, including the analysis of insurance benefits, contract administration, maintaining general ledger, and coordinating large employee functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the financial analysis, such as trend/variance analysis and customer profitability analysis
- Handling all Human Resources (HR) Administration duties, including coordination of large employee functions
- Overseeing the benefits analysis to measure return on investment (ROI)
- Managing the general ledger and being able to discuss debits/credits with the Director of Finance
- Administration of contracts, including redlining contracts to project business
- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of customer credit records
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and professionally
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Implementing financial administration tasks as needed. • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Proficiency in managing General Ledger

- Strong Financial Analysis skills
- Experience in Benefits Analysis
- Knowledge of Contract Administration procedures
- Proficient in handling Payroll responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
