Overview:

A family of four in Georgetown, Washington, DC, is seeking a LOCAL full-time live-out housekeeper. The family is seeking a local candidate. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Laundry
• Dishes
• Pet cleanup
• Recycling processing
• Organization
• Oversee outdoor furniture storage, etc.
• Clean humidifiers
• Inventory and stock toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, etc
• Organize and tidy fridge and pantry
• Arrange for seasonal rug and furniture deep clean
• Maintenance for vacuum
• Clean and replace filters in stand-alone air filters
• Help rotate seasonal outdoor clothing and storage

Requirements:

• Legal to work in the US
• Live locally/commutable to the Georgetown area in DC
• Prior experience working in a high-end home
• Attention to detail
• Independent working
• Comfortable working with cats and a dog in the home
• Comfortable working with stairs in a multiple-floor townhouse
