Systems Engineer - Server

Overview:

Alera Group is looking for a Systems Engineer - Server. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Install, monitor & administer Windows Server environment.
• Migrate and maintain Active Directory environments.
• Create and maintain network policies and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor file replication between sites.
• Provide Tier 3 helpdesk support when needed.
• Provide input and evaluate new technology.
• Strong documentation of internal processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience as a Microsoft Server Admin (enterprise preferred) with expertise in Active Directory replication and virtualization - Nutanix experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create project plans, document processes clearly, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Availability for on-call support and emergency response with reliable transportation.

Salary range is $100K to $120K, based on experience.
